Cycling tour WAS(S)ERfahren on 22.03.2020 on the World Water Day on the topic “Water and Climate Change”.
The informative bicycle tour stops at various water management points of interest. We will see blue-green infrastructure, like green facades risk a look into a gully, understand how our sewage system works and interacts with the watercourse, and finish the tour at the Herrenhausen sewage treatment plant. After the tour, there is the possibility to take part in a guided tour at the Herrenhausen sewage treatment plant. The length of the tour is about 10 km on partly unpaved roads.
Target group: adults.
