At the 51st Essen Conference for Water and Waste Management in Essen, Ms. Kristina Elsner's master's thesis was awarded the 2nd prize of the Oswald Schulze Foundation. Ms. Elsner completed her master thesis at ISAH on the topic "Evaluation of pollution forecasts and vegetation assessment as input variables for precipitation management" in September 2016. The research is currently being continued within the DBU project MoHaOrg (see ISAH project list).
Since 1981, the Oswald Schulze Foundation has been awarding annual commendations for outstanding diploma and master's theses in the field of wastewater and sludge treatment.
