Project TransMiT presented at the BMBF Future City Conference 2019: “Climate-active, innovative, digital”

On December 2nd and 3rd, the TransMiT project together with the RES:Z funding measure were presented at the Future City Conference, in Münster. Framed by exciting lectures, among others, by Prof. Dr. Jan Gehl and Prof. Dr. Matthias Garschagen, the 1st day was dedicated to the discussion of how digitization and transfer can be designed in the future city. The second day was dedicated to the questions of how digital innovations can promote climate protection and climate adaptation, and what research can do for the climate-active city of the future.

The information stand of the TransMiT project with a city map, implementation magnifying glasses, pieces of moss matting, and other materials, was well attended during the breaks and the Market of Possibilities (a moderated tour of the exhibition area).

Further information on the research project can also be found on the ISAH-Homepage.
